Talent Aquisition Consultant

Dimple Dhiman is a highly experienced corporate and non-profit talent recruiter skilled at assessing current
employee and organizational alignment and implementing tools and processes to restructure the recruiting
capabilities, promote confidence in the function, and hire top talent in a changing environment.

Most recently, Dimple was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Consumer Reports. As the Director of
Talent Acquisition, she set strategy and planning for their talent acquisition needs, developed new programs
to attract talent to Consumer Reports, and engaged staff in attracting that talent. She was also responsible for
the candidate experience, and worked closely with hiring managers to fill jobs quickly and improve internal
partners and candidate experience throughout the process.

Prior to Consumer Reports, she was at Quidsi, a subsidiary of Amazon, as their Director of Recruiting.  She
started at Amazon as an Executive Recruiter supporting Amazon Web Services, Operations and Human
Resources. Prior to that, she held a variety of recruiting positions at The Pepsi Bottling Group and Sears
Holdings.  Dimple devoted eight years to Lehman Brothers, where she focused on Campus Recruiting and
Diversity Recruiting, including in her last role as Vice President of U.S. Campus Diversity Recruiting. Dimple
began her career in Talent Acquisition at Citigroup.  She brings experience that includes management
positions in diversity recruiting, campus recruiting, and recruiting strategy. She holds a BA from the
University of Massachusetts, School of Management.
