Linda Tepedino is a Human Resources consultant and co-founder of BlackWhiteGray Consulting Group, Inc. Linda formed the company after 25 years in Human Resources leading HR strategy and operations in growing and changing organizations, and now applies that experience to support small and growing companies. The former Chief Human Resources Officer at Consumer Reports, she has held senior HR leadership roles at The New York Times Company, ThompsonReuters, The Walt Disney Company, The Readers Digest Association, Reed Elsevier, and JPMorganChase. Her experience includesimplementing successful talent strategies in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Kerry Gillich, J.D. is a Human Resources consultant with BlackWhiteGray Consulting Group, Inc.  In addition to her legal training, Kerry brings extensive experience in internal and external communications, marketing, and public relations. She currently uses her experience to provide solutions to growing companies on employment regulations, internal investigations, policy design, and internal communications.

Talent Acquisition

Dimple is a highly experienced corporate and non-profit talent recruiter skilled at assessing current employee and organizational alignment and implementing tools and processes to restructure the recruiting capabilities, promote confidence in the function, and hire top talent in a changing environment.


Most recently, Dimple was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Consumer Reports. As the Director of Talent Acquisition, she set strategy and planning for their talent acquisition needs, developed new programs to attract talent to Consumer Reports, and engaged staff in attracting that talent. She was also responsible for the candidate experience, and worked closely with hiring managers to fill jobs quickly and improve internal partners and candidate experience throughout the process.
